Delete your account

If you no longer have the app

Email support@thenextus.com.tr from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email address and profile picture from Google sign-in, and your username.
• Everything you tracked: followed titles, list status, watch progress and watch history.
• Your lists, including lists you own that were shared with other people.
• The watch sources (services and links) you saved.
• Your friends and social connections, and anything you sent or shared.
• Your notification preferences and push notification tokens.

What is kept, and for how long

• Standard request logs — kept up to 90 days for security and abuse investigation, then deleted.
• Purchase records — subscription and payment records are held by Google Play, not by us. Tax law requires that transaction records be retained; deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store first.
• Content that isn't yours — if you joined someone else's shared list, their list stays; your membership and your contributions to it are removed.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel WhatsNext Plus. Cancel it in the Play Store (Menu → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions) or it will keep renewing.
